Family with children pleasurable experience
The hotel felt like home , with the staff always smiling and willing to help us whenever we had a question. We loved the clean rooms that had a large comfortable space for us to relax after a long day of exploring.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but given the wonderful experience, it was acceptable.

Superb location and welcoming staff
Our one-night stay was delightful, marked by the superb location in the heart of the city. The staff warmly welcomed us with coca tea to help with altitude effects, which was a nice touch. Our Queen Room featured a large king bed and a stunning shower, making for a comfortable evening. We enjoyed dinner in the lovely inside court restaurant and appreciated the swift response from the team during a rainstorm that caused minor flooding in our room. The only downside was the taxi situation. the busy street made loading and offloading a bit challenging.
